The organizational and administrative structure of the center
The Center includes the following organizational units:
1. Center Director.
Responsible for developing and implementing research policies, programs, and initiatives, and overseeing the allocation and use of research funds and resources.
2. Deputy Center Director.
Provides logistical support for research activities, events, and programs, and ensures compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and procedures.
3. Research Committees.
Reviews and approves research proposals to ensure adherence to ethical standards, evaluates research grant applications and allocates research funds, and provides feedback and recommendations to enhance research productivity and excellence.
4. Research Development Office.
Assists faculty members and researchers in developing research proposals, organizes training courses, workshops, and seminars on research methodologies, ethics, and other related topics, enhances the research capabilities and skills of faculty members, researchers, and students, and provides access to state-of-the-art research facilities, laboratories, and equipment.
5. Advisory Board.
It contributes to reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of research programs and initiatives, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the research landscape, and providing advice on strategies to enhance research excellence, impact, and visibility.
6- Administrative Departments and Units.
This includes: the Department of Scientific Research and its arbitration committees; the Department of Innovation, Invention, and Technology Transfer; the Department of Analysis and Studies; and the Department of Scientific Publishing and Electronic Libraries.
